I think #1 is wonderful, and it gets my vote. How nice to have the "girls" featured instead of just the males!
All the pictures are amazing. I like the robin and the frog--good camera work.
Every single photo is GREAT.

I voted for #2 because no one else did but mainly because it looks like the very first bath for him and he looks so innocent. tewl

I loved the Flicker in photo #7. We have these birds around my area. I was torn between this one and #2.

Photos 2,6,8, and 10 are definitely the most unusual and are my favorites. However, all photos are exquisite and my congratulations to the photographer. If I had to choose one, it would be # 8, becuase it makes me laugh.

I vote for number 5 I think that it captures the bird in it's natural surroundings. It is a great picture.

I vote for number 8--what a determined bather!! I've never seen a cardinal like this, and it really made me laugh, as they are usually so dignified.

Definitely #7
How could so much be going on with one bird's plumage...dots, stripes, yellow, grey, tan, black, red.
State Bird of Alabama the Beautiful.
Crimson Tide fight song...
"Rammer Jammer,
Yellow Hammer,
Give 'em hell Alabama!"
Makes no sense, but we love it.
